A note from Bobbie

There is something especially lovely about preserving the flavours of a garden. The sage, rosemary, thyme, and oregano in this blend are grown in my own garden, gathered at their best and brought together with lemon, garlic, and a little chilli. It’s a simple way of capturing a little piece of summer and carrying those fresh, earthy flavours into the kitchen all year long.

Herbed Salt

A fragrant blend of sea salt and garden herbs: earthy sage and rosemary softened by delicate thyme and oregano, brightened with lemon zest, and finished with garlic and a gentle touch of chilli. Savoury, aromatic, and wonderfully versatile, this herbed salt brings layers of flavour to everyday cooking with just a pinch.

Perfect Pairings;

• Sprinkle over roasted potatoes or root vegetables
• Season chicken, pork, fish, or grilled vegetables
• Finish eggs, avocado toast, or roasted tomatoes
• Add to soups, stews, sauces, or salad dressings
• Rub onto vegetables before roasting or grilling
• Sprinkle over focaccia, savoury scones, or homemade bread
