Welcome to my little corner of the world, where the seasons inspire what goes into the pot and a familiar fruit or vegetable can become something entirely unexpected.

I make small-batch seasonal preserves in my home stillroom, using local and thoughtfully sourced ingredients whenever I can. Jams, jellies, chutneys, marmalades and other delicious discoveries — each one made by hand and crafted to be savoured around the table with people we care about.
