Perky cranberries join sweet raspberries in this delicious ruby-coloured jam. Use it to layer between a cake or for thumbprint cookies, add it to your oatmeal or ice cream, try it with cheese and savoury pâté. Makes a great gift, too!

Ingredients: Raspberries, cranberries, lemon juice, sugar, pectin.
