Well, the leaves have fallen, the days have gotten shorter and the nights, so much colder. It was time, last weekend, to put my gardens to bed at last. It doesn’t matter though how much I plan and try to be ready for that time, I often end up working under threat of rain or flurries.

The days are getting cooler and shorter. It isn’t Fall just yet but you can smell it in the air these days. I’ve been busy harvesting my tomatoes and herbs from the garden. I’m also getting ready to go back to school after being away from it for six months. I know I’m not alone
